Noise Monitoring Testing

Noise Monitoring Testing

Rising levels of noise in public places, caused by industrial and construction activities, loudspeakers, music systems, vehicle horns, generators, and other machines, negatively impact human health and mental well-being. It's important to control these noise sources to maintain acceptable noise levels. The Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) has created noise quality guidelines that provide recommended noise levels for different environments and their effects. These guidelines are based on the lowest noise levels that impact health, known as the critical health effect. The guidelines usually reflect the lowest effect level for the general population, like the levels needed for clear indoor speech. These values show when noise exposure starts to affect health in various situations and environments.

The increasing noise levels in public places from sources like industrial activities, construction, generators, loudspeakers, music systems, vehicle horns, and other machines harm human health and mental well-being. It is necessary to regulate and control these noise sources to maintain acceptable noise levels in the environment.

Our lab equipped with Noise Level Meter and Sound Dosimeter to monitor the Ambient, Source/Machine, Workzone and Equipment noise. These parameters performed as per CPCB.
